Nellie not working

Great customer service. Even though out of warranty the replaced the motor for $30 and returned to me. Also reassuring as I’ve bought a few of these mops now as gifts. 👏👏👏

Thank you for replacing the base battery. But a little disappointed that I had to return 2 mops in a period of 2-3 months after purchasing. I hope the batteries last the full 2 years at least as these mops are a little overpriced to be having problems like that straight after purchase. I was happy that they got replaced and sent back to me within a short time.
