We would firstly recommend that you follow your manufacturer-provided guidelines for the use and care of your flooring, however, The Nellie’s WOW Mop is compatible with most
kinds of flooring!

The great thing about the Nellie's WOW Mop is that you are in control of how much water is
applied to your floors. The clever push-button liquid delivery system pushes out a light spray when needed, instead of flooding your floors and potentially
damaging them!

We recommend the use of Nellie's Floor Care that can be
put into the reservoir of the mop at a ratio of 1:3 with water.

The pads are made from microfibre, a highly ecommended cleaning material (and gentle) which means they won’t scratch or damage your flooring.

The Nellie's Wow Mop can be used on carpet! We recommend
using the white fluffy floor pads on carpet and rugs. 

Just apply your own carpet cleaner directly onto the carpet/rug, and go over it with the mop! The high-frequency motor powers twin oscillating pads that will be able to effectively work the product in for you and lift up dirt and stains.

The Nellies WOW Mop will take 3-5 hours to charge.
When all three lights are on, the mop is fully charged!

When fully charged, the Nellie’s Mop will run for up
to 90 mins. Plenty of time to do your whole house many times over!

We recommend Nellie’s Floor Care solution since we know the ingredients are safe and won’t harm your mop or floors! Nellie's Floor care has a nuetral ph balance of between 7 and 9. If you would like to use solution specific to your kind of flooring, we advise putting it directly onto the floor and letting the mop do the rest!

The Nellie's Mop tank holds around 190ml of liquid.

As amazing as Nellie’s Laundry Soda is, we do not recommend using it in your WOW Mop for cleaning your floors with any mop system. The alkalis in laundry detergent is too strong for floors.

Nellie's Floor Care Solution has a PH balance range of 7-9.

Easy! There are two screws located underneath the top of the handle. Remove the screws and the teal panel. Replace the battery. The WOW Mop requires a 23A/12V battery.

We stand by our products, which is why Nellie’s WOW Mop comes with a 2 year manufacturers warranty. Damage by force, normal wear and tear on accessories, blockage due to the addition of cleaners in the reservoir is not covered. The Nellie's WOW Mop is not a steam mop, steam mops operate very differently, using heat to loosen dirt particles rather than scrubbing the dirt away like the Wow Mop.

The Wow Mop is a gentler and safer way of cleaning. With a built-in motor powering the pads that work at 720 oscillations per minute, it effectively scrubs your floors and removes dirt!

effort required, and the cordless feature means you are unrestricted in your

The Nellies Mop works best when using filtered or
purified/boiled water to remove any impurities from the water and ensure you
get the best possible results.

The mop head is 30cm x 30cm and the pads are slightly oversized to allow cleaning right into skirting boards etc.

Yes! You can shorten the handle to make it easier to manoeuvre the mop. Spray some cleaning solution on the surface and mop over the
top!

Always use the charger that came with your product! To get the best performance out of the battery you need to use the 240V 50/60Hz 0.5A
charger that comes with your Nellie’s Wow Mop. Other chargers may affect your mop’s performance. If you have lost your charger we do have replacements available for sale on the website.
